It’s no surprise that in her casual time, Blake chooses to dress a little more demurely. (On the red carpet, however, she turns back into Serena with a quickness.) Leaving the set one day, paparazzi found her wearing a high-necked printed sheath by Hoss Intropia, paired with a Chanel Bag. And flats! If this is what she wears when she’s not on set or on the red carpet, I’m not sure I’d recognize her on the street.

The scale of the leopard print needs to be a bit smaller for the bag since it’s rendered in separate crystals and not a solid color, and the combination of the size and material makes the end result a bit awkward. In the centre of the Grand Palais stood a huge white box, and when it was unveiled drew appreciate applause. It seems as though a lot of fashion people loved Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection of barnyard frocks and woven accessories, but I’ll be honest…I didn’t really get it. I still don’t. I want Parisian luxury and beautiful leather from Chanel handbags and Karl Lagerfeld, and I can’t imagine ponying up that kind of money for a straw bag will applique flowers.
Apparently Rachel Bilson has no such qualms about the bags, because she’s happily toting a Chanel Straw Bag like it’s the chicest thing in the world.
